Used to be my life was one reactionary moment after another. I was angry, sometimes violent, and always dwelling on my past mistakes and chastising myself not to make the same mistake again. Of course, I still did. It was a crazy circle of one angry or violent event after another, one lie to cover the other lie. It is exhausting! With some help, I made a choice to understand myself. This is my journey.
